◆ Heating plates are using pressing plates with the size of 600mmX182mm, surface ground and hard chromed. Amount could be chosen from 8-22 (even only) according to the different plant speed. Independent crossing steam application.
◆ Belt uses the air cylinder for the tension control. Auto or manual adjustment for the web guider.
◆ Independent geared box for the driving unit. Frequency motor.
◆ Main driving rolls are using the rubber rolls with crown and surface ground, to ensure the running of the belt and output of the board.
◆ Cooling section is using pressing plates (SM-C series are using pressing rolls).
